Ingredients: 

• 6 bacon strips 
• 1/2 medium yellow onion 
• 1 lb ground beef 
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley 
• 1 large egg 
• 1 teaspoon chili powder 
• 1 teaspoon salt 
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
• 1 cup barbecue sauce 
• 1/2 cup water 
• 3 tablespoons bourbon
