DIY pan pizza is easy, delicious, and healthier than delivery!

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces whole wheat pizza dough (or your favorite)
  • Flour
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 and � cups shredded mozzarella, divided (more if you like your pizza really cheesy)
  • 20 pieces turkey pepperoni (or whatever toppings you like)
  • � cup chopped basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan lightly with non-stick spray.
  3. Using the flour to prevent sticking, roll out the dough in to a rough rectangle shape, about 10x14 inches.
  4. Place the dough in the baking pan, pressing the excess up the sides of the pan.
  5. Sprinkle about � cup of the mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  6. Top with sauce and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Distribute the pepperoni on top.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Top with chopped basil before serving.
