Ingredients
- � cup Bob�s Red Mill instant or old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tsp Bob�s Red Mill chia seeds
- � cup raw chopped walnuts
- � tsp cinnamon
- 1 6oz container of Silk Blueberry yogurt (or another dairy-free yogurt of choice)
- � cup unsweetened soy or cashew milk
- � cup frozen blueberries
- Optional: coconut, buckwheat groats, cashews, etc. for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight. Top with desired toppings in the morning and enjoy!
