Ingredients

  • � cup Bob�s Red Mill instant or old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tsp Bob�s Red Mill chia seeds
  • � cup raw chopped walnuts
  • � tsp cinnamon
  • 1 6oz container of Silk Blueberry yogurt (or another dairy-free yogurt of choice)
  • � cup unsweetened soy or cashew milk
  • � cup frozen blueberries
  • Optional: coconut, buckwheat groats, cashews, etc. for topping



Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight. Top with desired toppings in the morning and enjoy!
